Most brokers share their commissions with the brokerage that employs them. As an independent broker, our commission is paid directly to us, which allows us to pass along a significant savings to you.

Our Listing Fee is 2% plus the typical Buyer's Agent commission ranging from 2% to 3%. The average Buyer's Agent commission nationwide is 2.5%. If a buyer calls on your house directly without an agent, we agree to do the entire transaction for only 2% total. ** Homes under $150,000 will have a minimum list side commission of $3,000.

Your home will be professionally listed on the MLS and all major real estate sites. I have the experience and marketing knowledge to sell your home fast and for top dollar. I utilize technology to bring efficiency and cost savings to the real estate transaction.

  1. Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) showing recent comparable home sales in your area so we can accurately price your home to attain the highest sale price.

  2. Meet with you to understand your home selling needs and motivation along with timeline.

  3. Walk-through your home and discuss with you its best features, improvements that can be made (if any) along with giving tips to maximize the sale price.

  4. Have professional photos taken of your home.

  5. Discuss marketing plan. Your home will be listed on the MLS, as well as, local and national websites (Zillow, Realtor, Redin, etc.). Professional Social Media ads placed in your local market to promote and boost the exposure of your home.

  6. Offer & Negotiation: Receive and review all offers to purchase contracts submitted by buyers or buyers agents and negotiate the best offer on your behalf.

  7. Closing: Coordinate the final steps of the transaction to a successful closing.
