BUYER REBATE PROGRAM

We will consult with you regarding the purchase, show you any homes that you would like to see, carefully prepare and present your offer and expertly guide you through the ALL facets of your home purchase.  

Here's how it works:

1. If the purchase price of the home is $399k or less, we will give you back 0.5% of our commission at the closing (up to $1,995)

2. If the purchase price of the home is $400k or more, we will give you back 1% of our commission at the closing. Example: You purchase a home for $600,000. The commission due to the buyers agent (us) is $18k. That means that you will receive $6,000 back at closing.
